Balloons N Party, exclusively uses balloons that are made of 100% biodegradable latex in all of our balloon decorations. Latex Balloons are know to be completely safe for the environment. In fact, scientific research has proven that helium latex balloons have little or no effect on pollution. Their studies have proven that when helium latex balloons are released into the air, they lift upward approximately five (5) miles high where the air is thin causing the balloon to swell to twice its normal size. The air is so cold this high in the atmosphere that the enlarged latex balloon freezes and shatters into millions of tiny slivers, scattering over many miles as the pieces fall back to earth. The millions of tiny pieces then decompose, or rot, at about the same rate as an oak leaf that falls from an oak tree in approximately 45 days.

About Us
Owners Matt & Celini McKinney began decorating with balloons in 1988/89 while operating separate companies. After their marriage in 2005, their vision of launching Balloons & Party was fulfilled.

In their 20 years of balloon decorating, Matt & Celini have always demonstrated a willingness to share their expertise. They've helped countless competitors when in need and have taught at numerous industry events and conventions. Celini's creativity and background in floral design brings interest to her balloon décor and arrangements when incorporated with other design elements such as fresh flowers, silks, fabrics, foam core and other materials. Matt brought the know-how of engineering rigging techniques for special effects andlarge-scale décor that he had previously provided to thousands of decorators across the country as a wholesale supplier and instructor.

By combining their design and artistic talents with their knowledge of event planning and decorating experience, Matt & Celini provide their customers a service beyond compare. There are literally no surprises or difficult obstacles that these two haven't seen and overcome while planning for or installing event decorations. Customers know that the decorations will look better than expected and delight attending guests. After all, it is their job to make the host "look good"!
